Love Island is in full swing, and the memes are aplenty. We’ve already all figured out who are our favourites and who we don’t like, but it looks like the tide is turning on the public’s favourite.
Curtis Pritchard has melted hearts with his blossoming relationship with Amy Hart, and his unusual wit.
However, quite a few fans are starting to turn against our dancing, romancing favourite.
One fan wrote: “Like am I the only one who isnt fooled by curtis!? Hes fake as f*ck! He wants to be THE couple the one who’s together from the beginning ‘mum and dad’s of the villa , hes the biggest game player in there[sic]”.
Curtis is sooooo fake #loveisland— Oyinda (@oyindaibitoye) 9 June 2019
Another said: “Like am I the only one who isnt fooled by curtis!?”
“Curtis is in no way romantically interested in Amy. There will be no antics under the covers in their bed,” said a third.
Curtis so irritating, fake and his accent does my nut in. Proper swings both ways. Tommy Fury is just a wet lettuce and for all his looks etc, is ridiculously fragile and insecure and has zero chat. Levy’s #LoveIsIand update. Thankyou for taking note x— Stuart Levy (@stu_levy1) 9 June 2019

However, for every bad tweet about Curtis, there are plenty more supporting him!
In similar news, Love Island’s Joe Garratt has spoken openly about how he was ‘chubbier’ when he was younger, and now pictures from his friend’s Instagram account have revealed just how different he now looks.
Take a look…
He said: “I’ve only had one girlfriend,” he said. “I didn’t have any relationships before that I was a slightly chubbier child,
“I injured my knee in rugby and had surgery and pushed it a bit far and gained a bit of weight,
“I went from Friend Zone Joe to suddenly, ‘who are you?'”
He went on a health kick, and explained: “I realised, actually I’m unfit and it’s time to be healthy, so started eating lots more fruit and veg and it started falling off.”
Joe has been causing a bit of controversy after he began ‘acting like a stalker’. In fact, the 22-year-old has been compared to Joe Goldberg from Netflix’s ‘YOU’ a lot on Twitter. The character, played by Penn Badgley, stalks a woman named Bec.
The comparison was made when Joe Garrett told Lucie Donlan he could ‘no longer trust her’ after she went on a date with Tommy Fury. Despite the fact she had no choice.
They only met last Monday, and were together for less than 24 hours before Tommy Fury entered the villa and decided to couple up with Lucie, leaving Joe alone.J
Joe was left heartbroken (and very annoyed) by the whole thing. When Lucie and Tommy returned from their candlelight dinner, she went over to Joe and told him she wanted to go to bed. However, he insisted that they spoke first.
He told her he wasn’t happy about her going on the date, and didn’t think that he could ‘trust her’ anymore.
Joe said: “I thought I could trust you, but now I don’t feel like I can.”
Lucie replied: “It’s been two and a bit days… It’s going fast”. She then told Joe she wasn’t interested in Tommy anyway.
Love Island fans were quick to make the comparison, and also mentioned how similar they look to each other.
