New Harry Potter Fan Theory About Voldemort Has Left Fans Shaken To The Core

Prepare to have your mind blown, because Reddit has provided us with the goods yet again in the form of a Harry Potter fan theory. A user by the name of SoupyCutie has officially come up with the best fan theory (and most credible) that we’ve heard in forever.

They began: “People have speculated that Fantastic Beasts will tie in to Voldemort’s birth, due to the fact first movie takes place in 1926.

“Voldemort (Tom Riddle) is born of Merope Gaunt on December 31st 1926.

“A poster seen in the first Fantastic Beasts movie speaks of a circus called the Circus Arcanus moving from New York to Europe on December 13th 1926.”

They then shared a quote from Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, where Mrs Cole is talking about the birth of Tom Riddle: “I remember she said to me ‘I hope he looks like his papa’ and I won’t lie she was right to hope it, because she was no beauty – and then she told me had was to be named Tom, for his father, and Marvolo, for her father – yes I know, funny name, isn’t it? We wondered whether she came from a circus.”

Circus?! We know that Nagini stars in the next Fantastic Beasts movie as a human woman who, believe it or not, performs in a circus.

I know what you’re thinking. She’s clearly a beauty. So why would someone says she’s not beautiful? Well, there’s an explanation for that too:”Perhaps Merope was ugly due to her upcoming permanent transformation into a snake,

“Perhaps Merope gave her child to an orphanage before faking her own death and running away so she would not harm her child after her snake transformation. The Gaunts after all are descended from Salazar Slytherin – what better family to carry a snake curse?”

If Tom Riddle is the child of the maledictus, it would explain Nagini’s bizarre “maternal” relationship with Voldemort in the books.

They explain: “If the two were able to communicate via parseltongue, this theory would explain why Voldemort is so fond of Nagini, entrusting her to become a Horcrux.

“Maybe the reason Voldemort was able to regain a baby-form was that his own mother, Nagini, gave birth to him again. As Nagini contained a piece of Voldemort’s soul, maybe Voldemort’s soul joined with Nagini’s piece of soul, which would later be given a body through childbirth.”

However the theory then gets a little weird with the poster suggesting that Wormtail and Nagini had sex in order to give birth the Voldemort again: “Voldemort drinks Nagini’s venom to regain strength in his baby-form in Goblet of Fire, an obvious parallel to mother’s milk.

“It may even explain why Voldemort develops snake-like characteristics. But craziest of all is how this might explain how Voldemort was able to recover to a baby-form at all.”

Hmm. Got a lot to think about.

It feels like forever since we would all queue up to watch the latest Harry Potter movie. It feels ever longer since some of us (cough) would queue up at midnight to get the next book in the series.

We grew to know and love the actors and actresses who played our favourite characters. And they’re immortalised in the movie’s footage as the age that they were at the time of filming. But the thing with real-life is that people grow up. They get older. Mad, isn’t it?

Lavender Brown, the young witch who was besotted with Ron Weasley, looks particularly different these days.

She’s now an illustrator, a comedian, and most importantly, a mother.

Jessie Cave (yes, that’s her real name) performed stand-up at the Edinburgh Fringe in August, and won over critics with her sharp wit.

Looking at her Instagram you can see that she’s accomplished in pretty much everything she turns her hand to.

She’s also now launching the stand-up show in book form along with a number of illustrations drawn by herself.

The book will be available from November 22 as a £9.99 paperback.

Another actor who looks pretty different these days is Viktor Krum aka Stan Yanevski. He played a very stoic looking character who was clearly big enough to scare off the competition with his proud stance, who took a shining to Hermione Granger.

Well, despite the fact that the actor was clearly already in good shape when he appeared in the films back in the day, recent pictures on Stan’s Instagram account have shown that he has gotten seriously ripped over the years. No really, that dude has beefed UP.

The actor posts photos and videos of his workouts while also spurring others on with inspirational captions, and is basically a full blown dream-boat. He’s also pretty tatted-up, and has a pretty impressive ink collection going on.

The actor also revealed to his followers recently that you can get a cute Pop Funko version of his popular Potter character, writing a post saying: “Very happy to introduce you to my handsome and cute Pop figure, #inlove #loveit.”

Are you shocked by how much Krummy has changed, or did you always expect it? After all, he was the stoic God-like athletic character we all loved, so it’s kinda expected – right?
