Co-Op Is Selling Two Pizzas And Four Beers For Just £5

Everyone loves a bargain, don’t they? Sometimes it’s okay to go out to a pizza restaurant and spend a load of money on food and beers. But sometimes you just want to sit in the comfort of your own home, and save money.

Well, it looks like The Co-op has you covered, as they currently have a deal on. What’s the deal? TWO pizzas (Joey special) and FOUR beers for a measly £5. Usually, it would cost £10.60.

You can mix and match the flavours of the pizza, however don’t worry if you’re not a drinker as you can swap the beers for coke or diet coke. Nice.

The deal launched on July 10, and is available until 6 August in Co-ops, Nisas and Costcutters around the country,

In similar news, there’s a new job going where not only do you eat pizza all day, but you also get paid £5,000 for a month’s work.

A multivitamin company called Feel is looking for applicants who fancy eating nothing but ‘beige’ foods for a month, so they can test their product.

You’ll be eating pizza, chips, white bread, eggs, pasta, chicken, and rice, and then obviously one multivitamin each day.

The point behind the experiment is to test the volunteers nutrient levels before and after the trial, to see how much difference one multivitamin can make per day.

Don’t worry if the though of a very unbalanced diet makes you feel uneasy, as those chosen will be monitored by a qualified nutritionist and doctor, making sure that they are meeting their individual required calorie and macro targets.

To take part, you have to be 18 or over, have no underlying health issues, or have any allergies to the ingredients in the product.

Boris Hodakel, co-founder of Feel, said: “It’s becoming increasingly difficult to get all of the vitamins and nutrients required to live life on the go,

“Although options for nutritiously balanced food are improving all the time, there are no options that can guarantee a perfectly balanced diet, and multivitamins can be a solution,

“We in no way want to encourage people to use our multivitamin as a substitute for a healthy diet, the purpose of this study is to test the effectiveness of our product, outside of a lab or controlled environment, where results don’t reflect reality,

“We want average members of the public to eat a version of the modern Western diet – under the watchful eye of a doctor and nutritionist, to see whether Feel is as good as we think it is, in the real world.”
