Baileys is the perfect drink for when it comes up to the winter months. Personally, I can’t imagine a festive period without a Baileys on ice, and what with the company branching out on new food products infused with the creamy tipple, you can’t go wrong.
Welt the company have only gone and outdone themselves, by bringing out a new ice cream called Chocolate Secret. Mmm, anything that has chocolate in the name I am all for, but it definitely isn’t going to be a kept a secret.
Unfortunately, because it does contain alcohol you’ll have to make sure you have an over 18 ID on you before you can buy it!
If you’re a big fan of Baileys/freakshakes/cake then this is possibly the best news you’ll hear all day. Week. I don’t know, maybe year?
Asda is now selling a huge Baileys freakshake cake and it’s just £12. To put that into perspective, you’d pay nearly that much for a freakshake in a trendy Manchester Northern Quarter café.
How incredible does this look?! It even has a pretty cool straw included just so that you know that it genuinely is a freakshake cake.
Whoever is coming up with these ideas in Baileys HQ needs a raise, in my opinion.
In even more sweet-tooth friendly news, Starbucks has officially launched three brand new cheesecake flavoured frappucinos, but you can only get them in the UK.
If you’re a fan of fancy coffee, and trying different flavours to perk yourself up in the morning, then you’re in for a treat. Starbucks has just released three brand new cheesecake flavoured frappucinos into their UK stores, and they sound absolutely delicious.
The flavours are as follows: Caramel Coffee Cheesecake, Mocha Coffee Cheesecake, and Blueberry Cheesecake. Each frappuccino is topped with whipped cream and cookie crumbles, so that it feels like the base you get at the bottom of an actual cheesecake.
Writing on their official Instagram, Starbucks UK posted: “Cheesecake three ways! Try our new mocha, blueberry and caramel cheesecake #frappuccino available in store.”
Many fans couldn’t contain their excitement after spotting the new edition to Starbucks’ menu on social media, saying: “omg looks so good!!! Not good for diet tho[sic],” while another commented: “Had the mocha one yesterday. Too delicious to put into words.”
One fan however, wasn’t too impressed with their release, and went on to argue: “I have seriously gone off Starbucks. First of all you start pushing your cold brew off tasting coffee all summer long at the expense of new flavour Frappuccinos. I have been waiting since last year for the new Frappuccino and you go and release this? I don’t know who you have working in product development but they need to be sacked ASAP. So many cool and interesting flavours in Asia (cherry blossom, pretzel popcorn, pistachio bonbon) and you go and release this rubbish. I used to buy a Starbucks every day but now I’ve gone to Pret. They don’t have interesting flavours but neither do Starbucks anymore and at least the normal coffee tastes better then your cold brew coffee crap.”
Wow, someone’s definitely angry.
Will you be trying the new frappuccinos?
